Does anyone even work here?

I used to love this app and used it for years. A few weeks ago I lost all my bookmarks and nobody at customer support has answered a single email in over two weeks. Dont use it! Its broken :(

Used Yelp for years. Had a lot of places bookmarked to try with notes on how that restaurant came to be on my radar. When I went to the restaurant I couldnt read my notes on why I wanted to go there. This app gives me the functionality that is making me leave Yelp behind. Nice work! Thank you!

I want to love this app but it crashes every other time I use it...its an amazing idea and the navigation of the app isnt so bad either. I love yelp but its nice to have something with a simple/straightforward interface....if only I could actually use it without receiving error messages. Many times I cant even open the app at all it will just sit there "loading"...FIX THIS PLEASE?!?

Spent several years compiling restaurants here, then (and not the first time), most of my entries disappeared. Customer service no help. Later.

Picking a place to eat is always a pain because there are sooo many choices (not a bad problem to have). Matchbook helps me remember what ones I want to go to, and ones Ive been to and really liked. Does exactly what it says. Have recommended to friends.

I have dozens of restaurants that I like to frequent and I am always looking for places to potentially add to the list. Ive tried to do this in Yelp, Urbanspoon, and others. Ive even tried using maps and simply making lists in note apps. None has really worked all that well. One afternoon in this app and I have gotten a much better lists of restaurants to try and old favorites. We often go out spur of the moment and this app makes it simple to see whats nearby. If I pass an interesting looking restaurant I can quickly find it and add it to the list. It has just the right amount of functionality to make it useful. Only two gripes - I wish I could filter by tags. Also, I wish they had a similar app for events so that I could see recurring events Ive enjoyed and are coming up. Too often we are busy and miss events we have enjoyed in the past. This developer understands how to make this sort of app usable. I wish they would apply that to events as well as restaurants...

Loved this app but unfortunately none of my bookmarks are there after logging in after I restored my phone. I was weary this would happen since there was no iCloud sync and now Im not sure if I should continue using it. Please fix the bookmarks issue as it seems like Im not the only one with this prob.
